Discovering the big wide world – cultures, people, nature and moments – has always played a defining role in my life.

I began to travel the world when I was very young and I always tried to capture the moment with my camera. Out of a sense of enjoyment Grew a passion that is always developing and reinventing itself. It began with a basic Canon 300 with roll of film from fuji. Developing pictures with my grandfather in the darkroom was always a highlight…

In 2004 I bought my first used digital SLR, a canon 10D. Suddenly the previously complicated, and for a schoolboy expensive hobby of photography became much easier (films, developing pictures etc.). The door to the exciting hobby of photography was slowly opening. I have always stayed loyal to the CANON brand so it was logical to transfer to the full format CANON R5 that I’m using today. A broad selection of lenses, filters and accessories gives plenty of scope for creativity.
 
In 2017 i became a passionate underwater photographer and have made my equipment „waterproof“ using housings from SUBAL Gmbh Austria. I could not hope for a better partner for this demanding branch of photography and look forward to a wonderful co-operation (my warmest greetings to Austria!).
Today my portfolio ranges from wildlife, landscape, macro, architecture, people and travel to underwater photography and I look forward to every new challenge, assignment and collaboration with my photopgraphic team, with guest artists, professional models, foreign cultures and everyone who is interested in photography.
